Great range
Excellent coverage, which is what I was looking for. Covers my whole house and front and back yard, approximately 3/4 acre. Signal goes right through my steel roof easily.

No device connection/disconnection logging
Lacks the basic feature of loggin device connection/disconnection, making it impossible to debug connectivity issues properly, and to check if someone is accessing your network without permission.
can't handle a house full of smart devices
I have this set up to use with many devices. iMacs, iPads, iPhones, Custom built PCs, many IoT devices and this router can't handle it. The second 5g signal fails almost all the time. It was easy to set up and the tether app is great and the signal strength is there.- Easy To Set Up

Absolute Night and Day difference!
Overall this is the absolute best router I have ever purchased. The signal strength is powerful and range is very far. I tried the Linksys AC5400 before this TP Link and returned it after 4 days because it was not keeping a constant signal.- Great sleek design
