Hands on: Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2
With Wear OS still lacking, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 has serious potential to be the best smartwatch for Android users. The Watch Active 2 comes in both LTE and Bluetooth options and can be pre-ordered now. The Bluetooth model starts at £269/$279 for the 40mm model and £289/$299 for the 44mm.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 review
The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is a minor upgrade on its predecessor, adding a digital rotating dial, bigger version, currently inactive ECG, and LTE option. But it's also considerably more costly, putting a hefty price on only a few extra features.
Pros:
- Digital haptic dial control is great
- Still decent 2-day battery life
- Attractive minimalist design
Cons:
- Pricey upgrade
- Still very few third-party apps

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2
The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 is a solid smartwatch, but unless you want LTE connectivity, there's very little reason to buy it instead of saving some money on the original model.
Pros:
- Digital rotating bezel makes navigation easier
- Available in two sizes
- LTE connectivity
Cons:
- Inconsistent battery life and fitness accuracy in testing
- Limited iOS compatibility
- Thick bezel

Stick with fitbit! Or garmin
If you want a smart watch for notifications and NFC payment Its not a bad watch, however as a fitness watch it's nothing short of terrible! The step count is way off (it only seems to count after around 20 steps) as it doesn't count ALL your steps, the heart rate function seems ok but the counting...

Pros:
- Looks great. MyStyle is fun. Fixed heart rate monitoring issues. Good battery life. A dang-near perfect smartwatch.
Cons:
- The step and GPS distance tracking is laughably bad.

Samsung's Latest Watch is Great, but We Prefer the Old One
The company's latest sports watch is a little bigger and a little more expensive than the last one.
Pros:
- Beautiful, especially if you want a stylish, analog-style watch. Improved battery life. Works with both Android and iOS watches. Digital bezel restores a beloved Samsung feature. Charges on the back of your Samsung phone. Cheery encouragement to get active.
Cons:
- Unless you're super stoked on a digital bezel and bigger size, you might want to stick to the Galaxy Active. Battery life still isn't great. Limited functionality with iOS.

- Requires too many Samsung phone apps to work

- No good mapping solutions

Good Watch, not Great
I pre-Ordered and purchased this watch alongside the Galaxy Note 10 Plus. I changed phone ecosystems as the Note 10 Plus was everything I wanted at a better price. The watch falls very short of my expectations.

Great watch, one glaring problem
This watch is the best looking smartwatch around. The Design is top notch and Tizen OS is great on a watch. Best: -Notifications on your wrist. Notifications are always available, you can leave your phone on silent and sill get important notifications. -Design.
