- Cheapie McCheap
- Easy setup
- LCD "wakes up" upon pickup
- Comfortable layout
Cons:
- Not rechargeable
- No RF features
- 5-device limit
- Not compatible with Bluetooth-based products

Excellent for basic setups, average for something more complex.
My setup is a little different than most with an HTPC, Wii, AV receiver, TV and Projector. I may be asking a little bit too much out of this remote, but I have tweaked it to a point where it does the basics that I need it to do with out too much fuss...
Pros:
- Easy to setup for novice users who want to have basic control over their home entertainment center
- Easy to use, intuitive remote
- Lights up when you pick it up (using a very basic "motion" sensor)
- Definitely consolidates multiple remotes.
Cons:
- - Web-Based programming means that you always need to be connected online when programming the remote
- - Unable to have a "dummy" device for something you cannot control on this remote (like setting up your AV Reciever and TV to play a Wii)
- I suppose you can select a device you don't have.

love having just 1 remote
Because Harmony remotes can be programmed to do things based on activity, i.e. watch tv, watch movie, they handle all of the equipment used for that activity utilizing a single button.
Pros:
- Nice Features
Cons:
- Need to be tech savvy

Harmony 650 - A remote your wife can love
Ok, really not trying to sound sexist here, but let's face it, many of us are married to women who just want to "watch TV" or "listen to music". In gerneral they are not as interested as we might be in the complexities that are often involved in managing multiple devices with multiple remote...
Pros:
- Easy online setup
- supports 220,000+ devices
- wife friendly
- it works
- low price

Love this remote!
Love this remote better than the RF version. Yes you have to point it at the TV until all equipment is on and inputs set, but but it works! Occasionally when a input select is not right the simple help menu walks you through the fix.
