It's a good all in one remote and easy to set up. The only problem is with Foxtel you have to press the buttons twice to do anything. Everything else it is alright with. Worth it

Does everything perfectly, just the price is to high
Have been thinking on one of these for ages as my receiver remote has been slowly getting worse. Glad I made the jump – super easy to set up and even easier to use! The wife is even happier – so simple.
Worst tech I have ever purchased. DO NOT BUY. Get 6 individual remotes if need be. DO NOT BUY LOGITECH. These remotes are awful. They turn off your devices when you don't want. They don't turn on when you do want them to. Configuration is seemingly easy to set up but it fails on every level.
Package arrive on time and securely packed. Unit works as advertised and allowed me to control my 3 existing devices with this harmony remote control. There are some minor functions that don't seem to work, probably need to train the unit as per the instructions, but could not modify to make it...
After being a little difficult connecting and updating from my computer it has since been a very good remote. I have it controlling a television, home theater receiver, Roku, and DVD player.
Macros for starting up and shutting off multiple devices
Finicky computer connection
It is the worst piece of technology I have ever purchased. Don't buy. DO NOTB BUY!!!. Whenever I want to watch something it turns off a device. Whenever I want to turn on a device I have to go through a 4 step process. It reboots frequently and forces me to go through a tutorial.
Works well, but takes a bit of time to set up and you have to plug it into PC to do so. Also, setting the functions can be fiddly and take multiple attempts at plugging in, setting up on PC, testing and then re-doing it. Overall a good universal remote for the price.
My Kenwood receiver is over 15 years old. I have a PS3, Spectrum cable, a second or third generation AppleTV, and a 65" LG television that is only about two years old. The only thing I can't control is the Playstation, but there is apparently an adapter to use if that were important.
The world of universal remotes can be compared to a beauty pageant: who has the best shape, who can answer all of our questions and who has the most features. The winner of the universal remote beauty pageant is the Logitech Harmony One with the Logitech Harmony 700 as runner up.
The ergonomic shape feels as if the remote was molded to fit your hand perfectly
Logitech should have allowed more than five devices to be programmed
