First off, I bought a pair elsewhere, and the price was more expensive, so zZounds is where it is at. Simply put, these headphones are wonderful. Trebles, Mids, and Lows are all clear. Bass has a decent thump, but it stays true to the mix, rather than Beats by Dre's choice of cranking bass up.

With the Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7 headphones you can leave your worries behind, well, at least all the noises behind.  These noise cancelling headphones do just that - they block out and cancel all ambient noise leaving you in peace to listen to your music.

I bought these and I'm impressed. The headphones fit my ears and effectively isolate any background noise. I'm not an audiophile but when I turn off the noise-canceling option, the headphones produce muffled sound but it's still listenable.

Great earphones listening to an Ipod at home or flying. Noise cancelling is great. phones work without battery-very useful feature. As good as Bose for a lot less money.

Occasional Mobile interference if you're not careful

Because we have an open floor plan in our office, we bought several sets of these headphones for people to borrow when they need some peace and quiet. I can't speak to sound quality, since that isn't our primary concern, but the staff are very pleased with these headphones. No complaints.

We have used these previously for long distance plane trips and would not travel without them! Besides making the constant noise much more subdued, we can still talk to one another and can even hear the movies

BEING a geek, the concept of an active noise-cancelling headphone has always intrigued me - after all, what could be cooler than a headphone which samples external sounds, then in a split second produces a destructive sound wave that effectively cancels out the external noise.

Limited headband adjustment

Pro: Good noise cancelling effect. The earpads can filter the annoying beep of laptops without battery. Con: Poor design:The earpads are not soft or big enough. And the headphone is too heavy. Long time wearing(over an hour) cause a lot of pain on my ears and neck.
