Best noise cancelling headphone at best price..

The Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7b is available in India for a price of Rs. 10,400. We would recommend these headphones if they didn't leak so much sound and if the sound quality was slightly better.

Good noise cancelling, but poor design and quality.

Pro: Good noise cancelling effect. The earpads can filter the annoying beep of laptops without battery. Con: Poor design:The earpads are not soft or big enough. And the headphone is too heavy. Long time wearing(over an hour) cause a lot of pain on my ears and neck.

Similar results to other reviewers

As others have said, they are great for noise cancelling headphones in this price range. Their audio quality is quite good for your average user. There is a slight hollow/lack of bass when the noise cancelling is on, just something to be aware of.

Relatively cheap noise cancelling option; Fit relatively well; Noise cancelling works, quite well; Cable comes apart from the headphones, so if you snag it, the cable just pops out, instead of ripping from an integrated end

Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7b Headphone Review

Audio-Technica is one of the most respected names in the audiophile world as it applies to the computer user. Head into any forum anywhere where people are talking about headphones or headsets and you are going to find this company's name.

Junk

I've had two of these. The first started making really weird noises when the noise cancelling was on. They were covered by the Radio Shack warranty so I brought them back for new ones. Now, just a couple months later, the right ear phone completely stopped working.

Lightweight

Flimsy Construction; Poor Value; Unattractive Design; Uncomfortable

Great headphones for the money

My wife has had a pair of the Audio-Technica ANC7B's for a couple of years and loves them. When my Sony headphones fell apart, I knew these were the best noise cancelling headphones for the money. They sound great, are comfortable and do a pretty good job of blocking noise while on an airplane.

QuietPoint Active Noise-Cancelling Over-Ear Headphones

"They're still fairly bulky, but the price point was nice at less than $100. Good value and effective on a long international flight."

OMG how did i ever travel without noise cancelling headphones! a word of warning, be careful when plugged into the airplane's entertainment system, when the crew make announcements it's incredibly loud to get over the engine noise and therefore deafening thru these headphones.

Mediocre quality headphone

Initially I liked the headphones and they seemed adequate. Upon regular use there appears to be a static hiss generated when the noise cancelling feature is activated. Sometimes it goes away and sometimes it does not. Regrettably this defeats the beauty of a "noise cancelling" headphone.
