Ticks all the boxes - Id of paid more!

Unbelievable piece of kit! If your looking to upgrade from the standard virgin router this is what your after! Full 220MB on Wi-Fi from all rooms in the house, baring in mind it's a 3 storey building and the router is on the bottom floor! Can't speak highly enough of it.

Extremely dissappointed

Purchased 7-21-18 from MicroCenter. Extremely easy set up. Basically plug it in & go. Within a couple weeks problems started. Somewhere along the line the SSID of all 3 bands changed to the same name as the 2.4 band. This caused problems & took me a bit to realize what happened.

TP-Link Archer C5400X review

The TP-Link Archer C5400X is an excellent enthusiast-grade router which retains an easy-to-use interface. It's incredibly fast, it covers a very wide area, and QoS shaping routines inside (and a not insignificant processor and memory combination) means it's ready for anything.

Very fast; Simple frontend; Swift setup; Exceptional 5Ghz performance

Very expensive; Not the nicest-looking device

TP-Link Archer C5400X Review: The Gaming Router to Top

It may be big and expensive, but TP-Link's Archer C5400X combines first-rate speed, range and built-in security to rule over all other gaming routers. Long live the king.

Excellent performance; Triband design; Customization potential; Security software

Big; Can't aim antennas; Expensive
