WORTH THE MONEY!
I have used the Sennheiser RS-130 for the past 4 years, and the surround sound was incredible and delicious, but I was looking for an upgrade, the next generation from a high quality manufacturer.

EXCELLENT! Just ONE easily fixed flaw.
I've been wanting wireless earphones for as long as I've been hamming (over a half century!) Having tried the Sennheiser RS 160, the PREDECESSOR of the RS 180, I knew this is what I wanted. The predecessor didn't quite cover my whole home, though. Its range was rated at 20 metres.

New RS180 Sennheiser Wireless Headphones The Best Ever
Having already owned a pair of Sennheiser wireless headphones in the past, I already knew what level of quality they were able to deliver however the new R 180 delivers a whole new experience. The wireless base station which is a key part of the offering has been significantly improved.
Pros:
- The system delivers crystal clear audio, which one expects when buying a Sennheiser product
- There is no hissing or static when I put a Blu-ray movie and CD on hold and no other interference when channels were changed.
Cons:
- The only downside is that the volume and balance controls are now buttons and are not as easy to find or adjust as a knob which was found on previous models
- The on/off button needs to be relocated on the headphones.
