In almost one year of normal use, for the 2nd time the charging cradle pin has gone inside & stuck. (1st instance was within a week of use) As a result I can't hang up call by simply putting the headset down and move to the next call. Have to power cycle each time after a call.

These phone headsets are great for long distances. We have many walls in our office, and we can walk quite a distance from the base and still get great reception. Comfortable and easy to set up. Easy to order and shipping quickly.

Super comfortable earpiece, really light! Sometimes I even forget I'm wearing it! Allows me to walk around in my office space and do other things while on the phone. Also pairs with my mobile phone so it's good for the car. Absolutely worth every cent!

Behold, I give you what I consider to be the pinnacle of headset technology! Today I will be reviewing the Plantronics Savi W730-M. All headsets in the 700 series apply, just each model represents a different style. I had a CS530 before this headset and it's the same headset, just a different base.

My other Plantronics head set finally stopped working. I purchased this new model and LOVE IT! the sound and comfort is amazing and the ability to pick up calls from my cell phone as well is over the top!

I purchased the W730 as I needed to be able to take calls on both land line and mobile. The Bluetooth works seamlessly, and the range from the base is amazing. The sound quality on landline and mobile calls is excellent. I've used Plantronics headsets in the past but this is by far the best.
