My other Plantronics head set finally stopped working. I purchased this new model and LOVE IT! the sound and comfort is amazing and the ability to pick up calls from my cell phone as well is over the top!

In almost one year of normal use, for the 2nd time the charging cradle pin has gone inside & stuck. (1st instance was within a week of use) As a result I can't hang up call by simply putting the headset down and move to the next call. Have to power cycle each time after a call.

This is the best headset that I have ever used for the computer. Calls are clear and it allows me the ability to listen to music through my laptop and into the headset without the caller being able to hear.

It is too big, also there was no description that it can only used in Office only, you can not travel with it. It says 300 feet however it only works for 150 or 200 max. Other thing is you need to be in your cabin while any other phone rings as you need to press related button on the device to...

These phone headsets are great for long distances. We have many walls in our office, and we can walk quite a distance from the base and still get great reception. Comfortable and easy to set up. Easy to order and shipping quickly.

I was always switching my headset for my desk phone to my mobile phone. This makes my life much easier by touching a button on the base of the headset. I can also use it with my voip computer phone. Technology at its BEST!
