In almost one year of normal use, for the 2nd time the charging cradle pin has gone inside & stuck. (1st instance was within a week of use) As a result I can't hang up call by simply putting the headset down and move to the next call. Have to power cycle each time after a call.

It does not work properly with HL10 handler. Signal jumps back and forth between computer and desk phone when press calling control button. That's reason why it screws up HL10.

I have the Savi W720 headset version. I'm on the phone for at least 7 hours a day. I do not have to charge it at all throughout this time.

I was always switching my headset for my desk phone to my mobile phone. This makes my life much easier by touching a button on the base of the headset. I can also use it with my voip computer phone. Technology at its BEST!

These phone headsets are great for long distances. We have many walls in our office, and we can walk quite a distance from the base and still get great reception. Comfortable and easy to set up. Easy to order and shipping quickly.

Super comfortable earpiece, really light! Sometimes I even forget I'm wearing it! Allows me to walk around in my office space and do other things while on the phone. Also pairs with my mobile phone so it's good for the car. Absolutely worth every cent!

I purchased the W730 as I needed to be able to take calls on both land line and mobile. The Bluetooth works seamlessly, and the range from the base is amazing. The sound quality on landline and mobile calls is excellent. I've used Plantronics headsets in the past but this is by far the best.
