Best headset I have owned!
This is the best headset that I have ever used for the computer. Calls are clear and it allows me the ability to listen to music through my laptop and into the headset without the caller being able to hear.

Great transaction. Purchased 2 headsets from Telecom Spot on ebay, and received sooner than expected, while paying a price less than all of the others. Very pleased with this seller and I would certainly buy from them again!

Hate the Charging Cradle !!
In almost one year of normal use, for the 2nd time the charging cradle pin has gone inside & stuck. (1st instance was within a week of use) As a result I can't hang up call by simply putting the headset down and move to the next call. Have to power cycle each time after a call.

So amazing!
My other Plantronics head set finally stopped working. I purchased this new model and LOVE IT! the sound and comfort is amazing and the ability to pick up calls from my cell phone as well is over the top!
