A perfect upgrade to an aging ADLS router like the TP-Link W8961ND , this Netgear N150 Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router DGN1000 is firmly aimed at the budget ADSL market, but hopefully without any of the horrible shortcomings the TP-Link suffered from.

During setup it says I need an Ethernet adapter. This is a new wireless laptop. If in fact a wireless adapter is needed it should have been included or a proviso stating that one was needed should have been posted.

Dispite talking with several tech support people, none could solve the problem. All had different answers from buying another more expensive model to not knowing what to do. The web site netgear.com advertises AirPrint is supported with any printer.

once you figure out how to hook up correctly wirelessly then it is great....it still may not be hooked up correctly for all of my users associated with my computer but at least it works for the majority......scanning is awesome and a breeze....

I bought this wireless router to connect my Mac powerbook, my Hp pavillion, Wii, Dsi, and a Dell desktop. Set up was very simple, within 10 minutes I had it set up in all my devices. I have been able to use it outside about 150 feet away from the router and have not lost signal.

AS one who uses a satalite signal and wireless router, it works fine but, for me, satalite is not so good in bad weather. The router, works just fine.

After purchasing this product, it was quite easy to install on the modem. There are 5 computers now, but 6 originally. Adding each one was simple and concise, following the setup instructions a snap. Using a secure line for all the computers on this router took no brain power to try and interpret.

The router we had before was total crap and you couldnt get on the internet with a laptop even when you were 2 ft away from it. Now we can get on the internet from upstairs. We haven't had any problems and it was easy to setup. We also got a good deal. Very pleased with this product!

Have used daily for over 4 years with no problems; probably should upgrade to newer and faster unit but it serves my purpose for our home and extends use to full property indoors and outside.
