HTC's One (M8) is another work of art, with performance to match. The camera isn't a big step up from the original, but it's still perfectly competent. When looking around, try not to forget this exists. Or if you do, it's your loss
Not a Verizon phone
I'm sure the phone is fine but the description says it is good with Verizon. I tried to set it up on my account and Verizon is saying that the device is no longer compatible.

In the past, there's been a set formula for developing a flagship Android phone. Grab all the latest hardware components you can get your hands on, cram them into a body that's somewhat attractive, sprinkle on some customizations over the latest Android treat and call it a day.
The new One looks sharp, performs well, has solid battery life and improves on its predecessor in most categories. It's still at the top of our list, but its slick finish makes it uncomfortable to hold.
