GoPro Fusion is a 360-degrees camera that complements the GoPro Hero series. Labelled as the most versatile GoPro ever, which means this model has a lot of features to explore! The key feature is the Fusion's ability to capture 360-degree images like never before.
GoPro proclaims the Fusion as "six cameras in one", giving the user 360-degree image capture in 5.2 K resolution at 30p and 3K at 60p. The six cameras onboard help to achieve that, as well as 360-degree audio to go with the images. The resolution of traditional still photos is 18 MP.
A much-talked about feature as the Fusion was introduced was the OverCapture feature, which basically allows the user to "punch out" regular video images from the spherical footage that the Fusion provides.

Other highlights include built-in Wi-fi, a waterproof-design down till 5 metres and the ability to transform spherical footage into flat footage using the OverCapture feature.

Bought this couple of weeks ago. Features are well ahead of other existing Gopros. A bit complicated to get started (although I'm using Gopro for 3 years now!). Too sensitive, because of heavy load battery drains out faster than other gopros. But overall an amazing product if you get used to it!
I had very high hopes with the Fusion. I am a google local guide so I only work with 360 cameras. The fusion does do a great job at taking videos and pictures, but that's where it STOPS. Starting off just to let you know I have a top of the line Mac Book Pro, just so you know what I'm working with.
Been using this for about a month now. Only thing I don't like is the fact the lenses are exposed. Always concerned that they are going to be scratched or chipped. Other than that I love it. Small light and captures great video.
I bought this camera a while ago, and it's a great bit of kit. Definitely a lot of fun for me and the kids. Works well, easy to use regardless of whether you've owned a gopro before or not. My issue with it is there's only about 10 phones that are compatible with the camera when using the app.
Bought for an Xmas present for the person who has everything, only had a quick look but seems an amazing gadget and I am sure he's going to love it!

GoPro may have jump started the action camera market , but the Fusion is different than all the GoPros that came before it: it's a true 360 camera. Instead of using a single forward-facing lens, its two ultra-wide angle lenses capture a full 360 spherical image of everything around it.
The camera is simple to operate. Stitching the files takes some time (on my MacBook pro) but its worth it for the flexibility it offers as a b-camera on shoots.
