We use this printer a lot at the office and it works wonderfully. With the large amount of printing we do, we can use this printer to print well over 180.000 pages. This is our 3rd one as we like it so well, when the time to replace comes, we purchase another one.

Please be aware that this is a laser printer, and that is the only function. I bought this printer without realizing that it is not a all in one. Overall though, this printer does the job that I need. It prints at a good speed, and so far I have no issues with it.

Always liked Brother laser printers. I'm not sure how much of the issues regarding separate drum unit and toner figure into my usage of laser printing. It can potentially be a problem for heavy duty users.

Replaced a 6 year old Brother Color Laser HL-4070CDW (we do not need color for this printer). Was very happy with the dependability and longevity of the old one, so after researching went with the HL-5470DW. It is lightning fast, quiet, was easy to set up on all computers.

The product is very good and the quality and speed are perfect for our use. There are two things that were not positive and the cost was considerably more than I could have gotten from another company that I have purchased equipment from in the past.

Bought it last month as my ink cartridge dealer recommended. No complaints to make so far.
