The Brother HL-5470DW monochrome laser printer offers good speed and features for a small workgroup. Here's our Brother HL-5470DW review.

Most of the printers we review are designed for reasonably light use in the home or a study, but Brother's HL-5470DW wireless network mono laser is aimed at small businesses or a small workgroup in a larger business.

We use this printer a lot at the office and it works wonderfully. With the large amount of printing we do, we can use this printer to print well over 180.000 pages. This is our 3rd one as we like it so well, when the time to replace comes, we purchase another one.

I've purchased two of these printers in 3 years and both printers have had exactly the same issue with the fuser unit after exactly 1 year (out of warranty of course). After about 1 year, the printed pages started to become slightly blurry. The blurring happens underneath whatever I am printing.

I'm using 4 desktops,3 laptops, 1 macbook pro, 1 Ipad and everybody can talk to this printer and print with no probs! 2 of the desktops are wireless as well. Brother kicked it in the azz with this machine, Brother Printers Rock baby!!!

I bought one of these through buy.com and received it about 10 days later. I usually have a great experience with buy.com but this printer always printed a sloppy first page where the toner was speckled and smeared; second copy was fine, but this happened each and every time you printed.

This is a great Brother laser printer. It prints really fast and has excellent print quality. We just upgraded our office printers to this printer. They are a super good buy for the price.
