[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Breville Bakery Chef Hub extremely useful and easy to use. Wonderful product! Using the Bakery Chef Hub very much simplifies the process of baking cakes or bread as it does a perfect job of whisking / mixing the ingredients or kneading dough. The scraper beater ensures ingredients are scraped well from the sides of the bowl ensuring even mixing. The knob setting and timer are extremely useful to pick the right speed and time for required blending or kneading. The Recipe E-book was useful as it specified the minutes required for each action - I tried the Chocolate Chip Muffins and the Chocolate Cake.

An awesome mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved using this machine - it was much quieter than my existing kitchen mixer. The Breville machine is fast and easy to use with its numerous functions. I love the spatula attachment that pretty much cleans the side of the bowl as it’s mixing. Whipping cream takes less than a minute - so quick. I used the machine to mix up some gluten free muffins and a butter cake. The job was made easy. What I like was the cover that goes around the bowl to prevent splatters and flour going everywhere. The dough hook made making pizza dough a breeze. Also the cord tucks away inside machine making for easy storage.
