I ordered a dryer to be delivered to Christchurch. Nicole let me know (without me asking) all the details for the delivery and then followed up with the delivery company when she noticed there was a delivery delay (once again, with out me having to do anything). VERY pleased with the service!

Nilfisk Power Allergy Vacuum. Delivered within 2 working days! I had to ring them to clarify if the right model was delivered. Paul was very helpful and attended to my query very professionally. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased a Breville Juice Fountain - cheapest price we could find and free freght. Communication from on-line order dept was excellent as they kept us up to date with progress. Item arrived well packaged within five days of the order, to a rural delivery address in the South Island. So very pleased with the delivery time also.

I found my experience with 100% Albany Extreme absolutely exceptional. I was looking into purchasing a Kenwood Chef kitchen machine and found that Albany Extreme not only had the best price but also free delivery. I called to inquire about the product and was met with a very friendly staff member that was both helpful and polite. Where most stores were stating delivery in at least 1 month due to unavailability Albany had the product at my door within the week, they absolutely exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend Albany Extreme and will definitely be shopping there again.

Exceptional service! - saw the price online for a Panasonic breadmaker. Best price and then FREE delivery. Wanted to have it gift-wrapped as it was a gift, but forgot to ask about it. The retailer gift-wrapped it anyway and emailed me immediately to advise the parcel was sent. Really pleased.

AMAZING service - saw the price online for a Fisher and Paykel dishwasher. Best price and then FREE delivery.... even to the South Island. Ordered on Wednesday and picked it up from F & P depot on the Thursday. Why would you go in to a store. Really pleased.

Bought a Kobo Touch online as a Christmas gift. Within an hour I received an email saying the order had been gift wrapped with a Merry Christmas message attached, and was ready for pick-up by the courier (free shipping too!). Very impressed with prompt processing time and the extra mile they went to. Highly recommended.

I bought a Kobo Touch e-Reader from 100% Albany Extreme as a Christmas gift this morning. Within an hour I recieved an email from 100% Albany Extreme saying the order had been processed and waiting to be picked up by the courier (FREE shipping too), and that it had been gift-wrapped with a message attached saying Merry Christmas! Very impressed with the prompt service and extra mile that they went to.

Rang the store to make sure dishwasher was on display. Were told it was. arrived at the store one hour later to be told it display model had been sold and was not there. Shop assistant then sent us to a competitor where dishwasher was cheaper and we bought it from their competitor.
