I ordered a dryer to be delivered to Christchurch. Nicole let me know (without me asking) all the details for the delivery and then followed up with the delivery company when she noticed there was a delivery delay (once again, with out me having to do anything). VERY pleased with the service!

I found my experience with 100% Albany Extreme absolutely exceptional. I called to inquire about the product and was met with a very friendly staff member that was both helpful and polite. Where most stores were stating delivery in at least 1 month due to unavailability Albany had the product at my door within the week, they absolutely exceeded my expectation. Rang the store to make sure dishwasher was on display. Were told it was. arrived at the store one hour later to be told it display model had been sold and was not there. Shop assistant then sent us to a competitor where dishwasher was cheaper and we bought it from their competitor.
