I enjoyed traveling with this lens domestically U.S. .Great sharp images on D810, not too heavy. Currently using this to photograph stuff that my friend sells on their website. Using high f-stops, great results!

What an amazing lens. If you think that you need canon or Nikon just because they are the same brand as your camera, this lens is on their level! It is an absolute wonder to work with, actually it's become more fun than work. Smooth, fast. VC is nice.

The Tamron AF SP 90mm f/2.8 Di VC USD macro is undoubtedly a highly impressive lens and it has a easy game on an APS-C DSLR. Obviously it has been improved in a number of aspects over its predecessor. In terms of resolution, it is about as good as gets.

In a time when lens manufacturers, including Tamron, are pushing boundaries back, it is interesting to see Tamron introduce a new lens with the same name as the previous lens, requiring the model number to be included in references for differentiation.
