Great package
A great iPhone package. In particular, I like the sturdy case. Initially I didn't think the front fitted the phone. However, it attaches (sticks) to the screen rather than clip into the surround. As always excellent customer service from QVC
Apple never fails!
I bought this phone about a month ago after my old good iPhone 4S finally gave up on me. I wasn't too keen on the size of this phone when it was first released but I got used to it within days. Great product with amazing features.
Poor design won't be repurchasing.
I've been through two iPhone 6's from Christmas of 2015 till now and I am very disappointed in this design. The first one always froze and wouldn't let me access majority of apps so I figured it was just a faulty iPhone and took it back. The second one I am having issues with the screen.

Superior in every respect to my much-loved 4S
Bought out-right from Apple, my iPhone 6 is a really worth-while upgrade from my 4S. (I was dismayed that the 6S was released shortly afterwards, but now honestly don't feel it matters. Perhaps the latest 6S camera IS better, but it's not a deal-breaker yet.
16 year old daughter loves it
For the first time I gave her free rein to choose the phone she wanted but without simply going for the latest top of the range. The iphone 6 is keeping her occupied and smiling, enjoying messaging with her mates on a bigger screen than before (Samsung S3 mini).- The fact that my daughter likes it

Would like some kind of directions...
Its nice but a tad too big to handle comfortably. I wish Apple was nice enough to include some kind of manual to help use the phone, but I guess I will learn all of it eventually. It is very different to use than my last phone and actually is missing some options my dumb phone had.

Do not buy
I bought this phone a few months ago and ever since i only have problems. It is overheating badly and it takes everything to exchange it at the apple store for free. I am not impressed
