The Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max is bigger and more powerful than ever. It has a beautiful screen, an excellent camera array, and new camera controls that could change how you approach iPhone photography. Power and battery life both get a boost to make this the big-screen smartphone of your dreams.

Cons:
- More zoom, please, Small glimpse of Apple Intelligence leaves you wanting more, More photo editing complexity than is necessary

Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro Gets a Little Smarter With Apple Intelligence
Apple Intelligence might be overhyped, but it brings some helpful capabilities to the iPhone.
Pros:
- Excellent performance. Good battery life. Fun and useful camera features. Apple Intelligence adds lots of nifty little features, like audio transcriptions in Notes and Voice Memos. Faster wireless charging.
Cons:
- Apple Intelligence is in beta and many other features are coming later on. The Max might be too big. Maybe you don't need a Pro?

There is something about a slow ascent into something new. Apple does that for artificial intelligence without sacrificing why people like its Pro lineup.

- Thinner, lighter, and the bigger screen makes sense for the Pro Max, Camera sensor is better at brightening up detail, Optical zoom is the same between the Pro/Pro Max

- Camera Control button is neat but currently unnecessary, Apple Intelligence exists whether you want it or not
