iPhone 16 Pro review: the ultimate Goldilocks phone
The smaller of Apple’s two pro models is no longer subject to a lesser camera array. It does everything the Max does in a smaller form, and that is likely to suit some users better. The new larger 6.3-inch screen looks incredible and there’s all the power you’ll ever need.
Pros:
- Larger display, 5x zoom option on camera, Longer battery life
Cons:
- Still less battery life than the Pro Max, Camera Control function not for everyone

Apple iPhone 16 Pro reviewed: handheld powerhouse
This little beauty is a handheld powerhouse. It’s exactly what normal-sized phones have needed: an equal. They almost never are. The sheer excellence of the iPhone 16 Pro cannot be understated. With the exception of the battery life, this is a brilliant handset and easy to recommend.

Apple iPhone 16 Pro
While I am yet to be sold on Apple Intelligence, the iPhone 16 Pro is still a very good iPhone with upgrades in most of the right places. It shouldn’t interest those who plumped for the iPhone 15 Pro, but if you’re coming from an older device this ticks all the right boxes.
Pros:
- Great size, The camera is certainly capable of greatness, Good battery life, No exclusive features in Pro Max model
Cons:
- Apple Intelligence yet to wow, Meagre starting storage, Camera Control can be tough to master

Apple's iPhone 16 Pro is a great phone, being held back by the lack of advertised features. Namely Apple Intelligence which isn't on the phone millions of people are buying for at least another month.
Pros:
- Improved battery life, Improved charging speed (Wired and Wireless), Larger, but still compact, Exact same camera as Pro Max, this year
Cons:
- No Apple Inteligence features at launch, yet Apple is advertising them every few seconds, Battery life isn't quite as good as the iPhone 16 Pro Max

Apple iPhone 16 Pro: A Great Phone, Minus the AI
The iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max are Apple's new flagship smartphones , at least until September 2025. On the outside, hardly anything has changed: The design and display remain identical to their predecessors, and there are also few to no changes in terms of colors and titanium as a material.
Pros:
- High-quality workmanship with more robust material, Improved camera, especially at night, Noticeably longer battery life, Camera Control button is really fun, Powerful A18 Pro chipset
Cons:
- No major changes compared to the iPhone 15 Pro, No Glowtime without Apple Intelligence
