iPad mini with Retina display review
The iPad mini Retina is here and it clears up one of the biggest complaints about the original iPad mini: the screen. With the original it wasn't as good as the iPad or the iPhone, but with the Retina display now on board the iPad mini 2 looks to be an incredible tablet device.
Pros:
- Portable
- powerful
- great screen
- as a tablet should be

- No Touch ID
- not 802.11ac
- no microSD

Each and every year, Apple refreshes their tablet line-up with new hardware and new features. The full sized iPad got faster, lighter, slimmer and even received a new name ( iPad Air ), while the second-generation mini is more impressive than ever, thanks to a major update.
Pros:
- Very portable, with a well built, well designed body
- Retina display is very crisp, powered by fast, significantly upgraded hardware
- iOS has by far the best selection of tablet apps going around
Cons:
- Pricey, especially for storage upgrades and the cellular model
- Display color gamut is lacking

I absolutely love this tablet, superb clear screen and not too heavy. Absolutely brilliant for reading PDF's Ebooks or Kindle books. Wifi is very good. The only downside is the crappy Itunes software which is simply pants.

The second generation iPad is a revision of the original, and it's a shame the screen hasn't been upgraded, but it's still incredibly quick

Ipad just got better!
The same Ipad experience now with an integrated camera wich allows us to use Facetime. The magnetic covers are pretty cool too but they don't do a good job protecting the back.

Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi
The iPad 2 builds on the success of the original iPad. It's slightly thinner and smaller, while also including two cameras - one on the front for video calls and the other one on the back that can take 720p HD videos at 300 fps.
Pros:
- Verizon 4G LTE network is incredibly fast
- 32GB microSD card included
- Integrated kickstand works in portrait and landscape
Cons:
- Battery life is among the worst weve ever seen
- No 4G LTE power toggle option
- Kickstand in landscape orientation blocks microUSB port
