five years and still going strong
I purchased these speakers from J&R five years ago, to replace some generic KDL bookshelf speakers. needless to say these speakers are great, and still going strong. They have great sound, deep bass, and crisp. I have them connected to my Yamaha reciever, and CD player, and all work great together!

Crisp clear sound. Used as front and back surround along with a sub woofer and center speaker. Sometimes I cannot believe my ears. They are very good. Don't get me wrong, you can buy more expensive speakers with better specs and 100% listening pleasure.

Nice!
Shipping was fast. Speakers sound great and really improved overall sound quality of my system. It completed my set of yamaha ns series speakers on my jvc.

Hearing guitar picks scraping the string (at low amp volume levels) may not seem worth mentioning, but if it is part of the source material, we should be able to...

excellent sound for a great price!
Good listening - of course bass needs sub-woofer for extra oomph but clear mid and highs and good separation which are reasons I bought them.

In our small living room these are great. Hooked up to a Yamaha RXV377 amp, speakers are on 16 inch stands. Now hearing a lot of detail in movies. May also add a small sub, but for now this is a really good start.

Great bass for such small speakers but they are heavy
Delightful speakers that fill my fairly large bedroom with sound. Great bass for such small speakers but they are heavy! Good thing as my receiver let me down as far as the subwoofer out and didn't give a clean signal for the yamaha 8" sub I got to go with them but they do justice to classical pipe...

Tweeter blew
Sound great but after 11 months the tweeter blew on the left one and I can't get a new one any where. Looking up other reviews around the world and noticed that this is a common problem.
