Excellent value for money
No other 2watt radio anywhere that can also take AA rechargeable batteries,making this an excellent choice. This certainly won my heart. Well done Uniden.

A perfect solution
Needed to be able to communicate with my beloved (in the car) or colleagues while searching for orchids in the Aussie bush. Didn't want to spend a fortune or talk with half the world as per more elaborate radio set ups.
