TP-LINK performance/price point is unsurpassed
TP-LINK has been my brand for ethernet switches/devices for over 5 years now. The only time I have had one fail was when lightning caused a surge into the switch via the ethernet cable. This switch has the same high quality and performance as all of the other TP-LINK switches I have had.

Great Little Switch!
I used four of these to create a distributed network in an office suite for VoIP telephones and data connectivity. Having the SFP slots allowed for a fiber backbone leaving all the copper ports available.

Works Great Less filling
Pros:
- full speed 1 gb and I use a lot less outlets
Cons:
- firmware ok not great but for the price it is fine
