TP-Link Archer D7 AC1750
Just take a look at the price tag -- the Archer D7, an AC1750 router costs AU$169 in Australia. That's a $90 difference between that and its bigger brother, the Archer D9 . UK citizens don't get quite the same deal at £129 compared to £159, but it's still a substantial saving. The sacrifice?
Pros:
- Despite the drop in price
- the Archer D7 still performs at the 5GHz end of town
- and has nearly all the features of the D9
Cons:
- Options and web UI design aren't as advanced as competitors
- and 2.4GHz performance isn't great

TP-Link Archer C7 Review: Decent Performance for a Low Price
TP-Link's Archer C7 delivers a lot of router for the money, with reasonable performance and the ability to connect peripherals.
Pros:
- Good 5-GHz performance for price
- Two USB ports for connecting peripherals
- On/Off switch for wireless transmissions
- Parental controls for restricting Web surfing
Cons:
- USB ports use slower 2.0 spec
- Subpar performance on the 2.4-GHz band

Easy to setup, disappointing performance
We've been using an Asus RT-N66U for a couple of years with no complaints -- terrific coverage and max speeds from our Verizon Fios Internet service. Yet, all of the recent media hype over AC1750 caught my attention, and I decided to give the Archer C8 a try.
Pros:
- Easy To Set Up
Cons:
- Poor Signal Strength
- Slow Connection Speed

TP-Link Archer C7 Wi-Fi Router, Dual-Band Wireless-AC1750, 4 x GLAN, 1 x WAN, 1 x USB2.0
This is a great router, when it's working right. It has a good range of features and options. The wireless performance is quite good. BUT, the 5GHz network periodically just fails under load. Restarting the 5GHz network seems to only be achievable through a power cycle.

Very Weak WiFi signal
My old router has no antenna still I got a full Wifi signal everywhere in my house, although this router has these 3 anthenas it dosen't have a good coverage. The USB port to hook a ard drive is very usefull, but, it's really slow!!

TP-Link has been on a roll this year, releasing one new router after the other. The Archer C7 is their 802.11ac model. We tested it to find out how this AC1750 router fares against the more expensive routers from the competition. In terms of design, TP-Link has a clear idea of what it's going for.
