I'm really happy with this router
I'm really happy with this router. Tons of features like bandwidth control really eliminates one person streaming movies from hogging all the bandwidth. I've had no issues with ping and having the wifi reach upstairs. Note: this router has 2 wifi settings, 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz.

This is the one
Hands down the best router I've ever owned. I am tech savvy, I've had many routers. This one requires no special skills to setup. My grandma could do it (with me on the phone guiding her). I literally had this from opening the box to configured (dual wifi setup, password protected) in 5 minutes.

TP-Link Archer D7 AC1750
Just take a look at the price tag -- the Archer D7, an AC1750 router costs AU$169 in Australia. That's a $90 difference between that and its bigger brother, the Archer D9 . UK citizens don't get quite the same deal at £129 compared to £159, but it's still a substantial saving. The sacrifice?
Pros:
- Despite the drop in price
- the Archer D7 still performs at the 5GHz end of town
- and has nearly all the features of the D9
Cons:
- Options and web UI design aren't as advanced as competitors
- and 2.4GHz performance isn't great

Great router - easy to setup
I really have enjoyed this router - simple setup and easy to connect all devices. My previous router was horrible and required constant resetting. I have had none of those issues with this one.

Unlock your broadband
Over 4 times faster than the router supplied by my internet provider using either a LAN or a wireless network. I also bought the wireless adapter as part of the package for free. Unlock the full potential of your fibre broadband.
Pros:
- Easy set-up
- simple instructions
- cd installation disk
Cons:
- Up to 10 flashing lights can be a distraction

There has been a steady interest in TP-LINK's first attempt at an AC1750 class router, the Archer C7 , which we reviewed about a year ago. I suspect one reason is its sub-$100 price, which I think is the lowest of any AC1750 router.

Decent Router
Vastly increased my wireless speed / range. If there is one comment I would make, which isn't about the product - don't buy from Kikatek - the delivery company they use is poor - they left my item IN the dustbin which was due to be collected the next day.

Have had this unit up and running for about 3 months. I was having problems with the V Super hub poor wireless signal and having to reboot all the time. Even the replacement was no better. I have the super hub set in modem mode and the wireless has improved after connecting the C7.

TP-Link Archer C7 AC1750
In a world of hopeless model numbers, the TP-Link Archer C7 AC1750 is at least a breath of fresh air. It's a delight to have the friendly sounding Archer C7 appear on your list of network devices, while inside its ultra-gloss black chassis is some serious networking hardware.
Pros:
- Good overall performance
- Decent price
- Great feature set
Cons:
- Slight blip in AC speed
