I bought this hand held steamer to save time. Unfortunately what they dont tell you is that you need to buy a heat proof glove to use it. Not thinking I put my hand behind my shirt to pull it out and then use the steamer. I ended up with bad burns to my left hand. Trust me, its easy to do and I bet I am not the first one to do it. I ordered a glove on line and my advice is to order one before you buy the steamer as I have been waiting weeks for mine. Cant say how it works yet, but be careful

Love how my clothes look and cleans my lounge like new saves me a lot of money on dry cleaning and also upholstery. Just love the continuous steam button. Now two members of my family bought once they seen mine in action
