It seems that the coffee extraction process is quite slow and dribbles continue for a while. It is a relatively long process. On the other hand, the milk frother is quick and easy.. unit is easy enough to operate.

Exceptional coffee machine for the price

We bought this coffee machine to replace a similarly-priced manual espresso machine from another brand that we'd had for four years. We chose the Sunbeam Mini Barista because we had dinner with friends who were pleased with theirs after owning it for a few years. This coffee machine really is exceptional for its price. It makes a delicious cup of coffee with a thick crema on top. It takes less time to heat up than our old machine and pours the perfect cup automatically. If you read some of the other reviews, they complain about things like the handle being tough to turn (you just have to get the correct angle) or the filter being tough to pop in or out (again, just the right angle). Considering this machine is under $300 rather than upwards of double that amount, those minor issues mean nothing. We're really glad our friends recommended this coffee machine and wouldn't hesitate to rave about it to others (which is... what I'm doing right now...)

Easy to use

Very simple design, easy to use but does what it is supposed too. We love the black design, goes well with all our other appliances. Easy to clean as well
