Great size east to use just set and forget

What a great machine.I have dried tomatoes and maltese cheese and even though it seems to take a longer time than it suggests it does a great job.I do put whatever i am drying in the fridge at night if it hasnt dried yet and i find the tomatoes dont mould this way.then i continue with the drying process the next day.very happy with the product.
