Best smartphone for professional video recording, overall smooth performance / experience, hardly heats up and battery life is decent enough. The price however is way too high and that will make the user think twice in 960fps mode.

The Xperia XZs isn't revolutionary but with Sony's pace of releasing smartphones, it perhaps isn't even possible. Every 6 months, Sony comes out with a brand new flagship with an iterative update but with the XZs, we're beginning to see a new level of refinement.

We're glad to see Sony bring its amazing camera technology from its Cyber-shot cameras to the realm of smartphones. Shooting 960fps slow-motion video can get addictive really fast, and we hope to see it on other phones too.

I have never praised an Xperia smartphone much before, primarily due to the fact that they don't usually pack mind-blowing features at an affordable price, but the XZs is perhaps the best Xperia device I have ever used.

Sony has brought us the same Xperia XZ smartphone but now with a new camera module. Its 19 MP camera now captures slow motion videos at 960fps. Hence, the name XZs where s stands for super slow motion.

Sony Xperia XZs Quick Review
When Sony announced the Xperia XZs in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress, we were a bit confused as to the incremental update to the XZ series. The Xperia XZs practically has the same design as the XZ so it's really no way to differentiate the two physically.

- Outdated CPU
