I had actually bought a second hand PS4 off a well known auction site prior to buying this and it was faulty so I decided to buy a new one. Luckily this deal was on and I ended up paying only ￡60 more - and it's slimmer. Pleased with the console and happy to deal with Very.
I bought this specifically for online gaming. And let me tell ya, it delivers for sure!! The graphics are amazing. Way better than the PlayStation 3. The only thing I was disappointed in is that you do have to pay to play online with the PlayStation 4 where as with previous versions you did not.

Great console, the graphics look great on a 4K TV even if you didn't buy the pro version. Bought this console for several exclusives I've been wanting to play for several years. Great time to buy since most of the games are now on sale.
Bought this for my son for Christmas. Haven't tried it yet since it's a present but since everything else I have purchased has been great I'm sure this will be too
I bought this for a gift for my 19 year old daughter and she loves it. Not sure it was the best thing to get a college student as she seems to want to play this all the time and not focus on things that actually need to be done! : )
This was ordered for my grandsons birthday. He couldn't contain him self he was so excited to get this . It is an all round well worth package as hes just starting to get in to gaming.

All told, the PS4 Slim improves on its predecessor in almost every way. It's much smaller, lighter, quieter and cheaper. Some people will miss the optical connection, but otherwise this is a job well jobbed. But should you buy one?
