Good audio, reasonable price
I purchased two of this heaphones for my college age children, who flew back in this Christmas break. Both were extremely happy with the quality of sounds and adequate level of noise canceling effects. I personally tested it.

Sound Investment
After reading most of the reviews for the Sony Headphones, I can only totally agree with them. It's an excellent product, good sound, well made, what yoy would expect from a Sony product.

Sony MDR-NC60 headphone
Ihave used a different kind of headphone available in the market, a noise canceling headphone to be specific. This is not just your typical headphone because from the word itself - "noise canceling" because it can cancel out a high percentage of ambient noise around you.

Price and Neweggs fast shipping
I did not have a issues with the battery draining fast.
Pros:
- The noise canceling blocks out approx
- 80 to 90 percent of the engine noise, I could hear people talking and we had a crying baby both times over the Atlantic, but the noise was reduced considerably
- The sound is very good I did not have crank the volume up.
Cons:
- They are a little heavy and the foam ear pads seem like they collapse so the longer I wore them my ears would touch the inside of the headphone
- After about 5 hours of wearing them I would have to take them and rub my ears

Good value for money product if you don't spend more than $150 on them
I have extensively researched noise cancelling headphones and even though the Sony NC60's are not the best sound quality on the market, the sound quality is still very good. There comfort, design, noise cancelling specs, along with overall finish make them in my opinion the best value for money in...

Headphone is good...
I purchased the Sony MDR-NC60 Noise Canceling Headphone for my college-bound nephew in April, 2010 from an online site (I can't remember the name) that had it for a penny less than aundred bucks. At other more established sites like Amazon, this headphone runs at about 140 bucks.

Sony?MDR-NC60 Professional Headphones
These headphones do half of their job; exceptionally well. They indeed block out all noise 85%; and I have a neighboor, who is home 24/7; playing loud bass TV/Video Games; with child on weekends!

Low vibration a BIG problem
Found these marked down 75%, from $200 to $50, so how could I go wrong? Very disappointed. Fit and comfort are great but there is a persistent low frequency hum in my left ear when NC is turned on. Figured out that it happens when I am wearing my glasses.
