awesome product, excellent NC, specially on the plane. Has separate mode for trains, also excellent. In office, vs humans, not so excellent NC. However it does make a difference. You can listen for hours without ear fatibugue. Cable very long, carry case good and flexible.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Decent noise cancelling

Creates noise sounding like a computer loading; Poor connection between power cord and headphones; Squeeking connection between headphone jack and headphones

After doing a lot of research on different headphones, I settled on these. THEY'RE AMAZING!!! I've been looking for a pair of good sound isolation headphones for over a year. I've owned the Beats Studios and I find that they're very bass heavy.

These headphones are amazing but for some reason when im on the bus i hear thumping noises. I use these usually for my Djying or when im changing audio levels in songs or doing homework the block out my sibblings noise really good and for that thank you Sony.

I'm rating this headphones only with two eggs because of the cons I mentioned, the notorious weakness in both the headband and the clips of the carrying case, and because I can't believe they broke after 4 months, but I can't deny that the audio quality has no comparatives, the music comes to life...

The headband is really weak and flimsy; it broke after 4 months or so under normal use; I'm very obsessive taking care of my gadgets; not to say taking care of a 450 dlls headphones; and Sony said they could not be replaced because they are considered an "accessory"; and I thought: "a 450 dlls...

I actually listen to ambient music to help me sleep so I wear the headphones at night while sleeping..
