This radio is the best in its size category! I promise you will just love it. its size is pretty good and has a nice long stripe to hold while walking around. It also has a great sensitivity either on AM/FM, and a crystal clear sound quality. The tuning experience is smooth too.

I purchased this radio as a gift for someone else. I was told that the radio works very well, pleasant tone and strong reception. The quality is comparable to the previous version, ICF-S10MK2. I intend to buy another one for myself.

Pros: Another great product backed by Sony quality standards! Crystal clear sound and long battery life. Cons: A little bigger than what pocket radios are usually like. On/off switch is a little confusing for old people Ergonomics are not a top notch/sharp corners

This radio has great sound and I love the fact that it uses the AA batteries and not the expensive triple A batteries that never seem to last long. The price was fantastic and I would highly recommend the radio.

Sony stuff usually top gear, but must have struck a dud. Volume control is the problem, just won't work properly, it's all over the shop, scratchy, loud then soft, unable to gradually increase volume as you normally would imagine.

Got this sony radio in record time, very cute little radio, works very well, what I expected from sony, you can't beat the price for a personal radio with a front speaker.

I bought this radio for the baseball season, to plug my headphones into and listen to the games. I also use it daily in the mornings while I am shaving , listening to the news and traffic reports. I find that I use my radio daly now listening to sports, news, and whether, traffic.

I bought this radio for my two elderly parents and one for myself as we are all fans of AM radio and insomniacs and this radio fits nicely under the pillow. The sound is good and the controls are easy to use, even for older people with arthritis.

Nice portable radio to use anytime. Clear sounding speaker has plenty of volume for a portable. Nice features are the low battery indicator and the station strength lights, Also the fact that the batteries last 100 hours!
