If you have ever played any of the Resistance games or Call of duty games, (which I'm sure everyone has) and you loved either one of them, then you'll really love this game. If you loved both, then you'll be even more happy with it.
what can I say really it arrived within 3 days of ordering wasn't expecting to much from this game because of the price but wow it was awesome and in parts generally scared me with is always nice great game play brilliant story line monsters are amazing so are the guns and gadgets I would recommend...
First time I have heard of Singularity I expected low budget, cheap and not really exciting run-of-the-mill shooter with no essence whatsoever. One of my friends picked it up just to play through and recommended it saying it would surprise me. And it did surprise me.
A very fun game, had a feel like Bioshock but not as dark & easier to figure things out, a resonable length game, not to hard with some fun weapons to use
Singularity is a unique action/shooter game developed by Raven Software, the bright minds from last year's Wolfenstein . It's quite clear that the team learned plenty in developing Wolfenstein and perfected those techniques for Singularity .
When game scoring comes into question, the factors generally revolve around gameplay, story, graphics, sound…a usual gamut of one overall point, how immersive the experience is. But what if I were to tell you that immersion can make a normally bland game absolutely stunning?
There are some games you anticipate and there are other games that you wish you had at least heard about before their release. Singularity is one of those games that you wish had heard about of even listened for before …
Singularity borrows elements from gaming's greats and infuses them with its own dark style. If you can look past a flimsy (yet entertaining) story and some minor enemy issues, this game will provide a fun cure for the common military shooter
Some games feature emotional stories with complex subtext, well-wrought characters that make us care about their fates, or philosophical implications that give thoughtful players pause. Singularity is not one of those games.
Time-manipulation powers keep the action interesting; Diverse set of weapons; all of which are fun to shoot; Set-piece battles; boss fights; and puzzles mix up the pace; Entertaining multiplayer battles
Visuals are behind the times; Scattered glitches
