Headphones, headphones, headphones. There are so many of them, and they all sound totally different. If you're planning on buying headphones, then this must surely be the worst bit - deciding which set to get.

Expensive; won't suit audiophiles

My first go at Sennheiser Momentum headphones has gone without a single hitch. The Momentum offer an attractive alternative to either the Beats audio range or pretty much anything else on the market at the moment.

The Sennheiser Momentum headphones are beautifully made as well as being incredibly light and comfortable to wear for hours on end. Despite their light weight, they provide excellent sound isolation, which meant that none of the sounds occurring in our busy office interrupted our listening.

A lot of stuff comes into Technopolis Towers, and at least 40 per cent of it is headphones, which in 10 years have gone from being a hi-fi wonk accessory to the biggest single thing in technology. Very personal things they are, too.

Paired these with a Creative Labs Sound Blaster E5 portable headphone DAC and amplifier. Only wired headphones can be used with the E5 (it can source music via Bluetooth). I use them when driving an open top car and find them to be excellent for hours on end with a sound quality that would be hard...

I have been recording and mixing songs for 7 years. Having a Sennheiser is my dream. Now I got that chance to experience this product and I must say that I am fully satisfied with the quality of the sound. It is as if the sound was already set up for auto tuning even if it's not.

Best sounding headphones I have had in my life, but the design is faulty and the cord snapped :( Be extra careful and gentle with them so they last long

Finnaly got my Momentum. It sounds espetacular, indeed. As you´ve problably already know by reading other reviews, the sound is very well balanced and detailed. BUT, you will learn to hate your Iphone. All the defects the sound output will become more evident than ever.
