I purchased two of these disks in April 2022 to use in a Synology NAS as effectively RAID 1. Although they are nominally 14 TB, in practice the NAS says I only have 12.7 TB available. When the disks arrived one worked fine, but the other was dead on arrival. I returned it to PB Tech and after some email discussion they eventually agreed to replace it. I'm happy with the final outcome as the replacement disk did work fine out of the box. Backblaze swear by them, they have a lower failure rate than their Ironwolf cousins, more reliable than the 16tb model, and are up there with the WD enterprise drives in terms of failure rates for 200$ less, for the average joe you couldn't get a better hard drive, they run cool, can be noisy at times but most enterprise grade drives are. I've always been skeptical of Seagate, but this is one drive they got right.
