Build like a tank, sharp wide open , beautiful picture, color a little bit worm, but i like it. After testing Samy 35 1.4 FE on A7III I have sold canon 35 mm 1.4 II and mc-11!

Does not work with NIKON D7000! Will not take ...
Does not work with NIKON D7000! Will not take photo in auto or manual settings. Will not work in digital view back screen or manual view through small eye window. Will not auto focus! DO NOT BUY THIS LENS!

A solid Lens
Bells and whistles aside this is a solid lens. feels good in the hands, focus ring is like butter. really glad i bought it.

Don't judge a book by its cover
who says we can not use this lens on events, I used it several times and don't have problem with it when subject is stationary. the sharpness and bokeh it gives is outstanding.
