The Work Horse, Samsung ML-2525

I have used this printer for more than a year. It is a dependable work horse. I have had only 2 paper jams since I have been using the printer since September 9, 2011. The after market toner cartridges cost less than $25 each. I found one on Ebay For $15.88.

I've purchased and used cheap Samsung laser printers for over a decade.

This is a cheap and reliable laser printer that is well suited for large print jobs such as technical manuals on the order of one hundred pages or more. A particularly valuable feature of this printer is that it doesn't allow the page output to overflow; it stops until the maximal page output has...

Samsung ML-2525 - Mono Laser Printer

Samsung has built up a good reputation for its low-cost mono laser printers and the ML-2525 expands on the main strengths of its predecessors. The size, speed and running costs should make it a good choice as an individual desktop laser, but how does it measure up to the spec sheet and feature list?

Review of Samsung ML-2525W Laser Printer

It's been along time since I've had a laser printer, I used to have an old HP one that served me well, but the cartridges were just too costly so I ended up giving it away. For the most part ink jets have replaced laser printers, but they still have their place as ink jets really can't produce the...

Very fast printing for everything; Excellent quality text printing; Quick and easy setup

Cartridge costs almost as much as printer; Runs hot; A bit on the loud side

Samsung ML-2525

Samsung's personal mono lasers are among the most attractive we've seen, with their petite dimensions and stylish black finish. The ML-2525 keeps things simple, with a single USB connector and nothing so advanced as automatic duplex units or extra paper trays, but it's all the more usable for it.

Samsung ML-2525 review

Samsung's ML-2525 isn't the smallest mono laser around, but its compact form will still leave plenty of spare room on your desk. It has just a USB connection, so installation is a simple matter of running the setup program on the driver CD and connecting the printer when prompted.

Review of the Samsung ML-2525W Monochrome Laser Printer

Though it's aimed at the small- and home-based-business market, anyone looking for a high quality and low price laser printer will find a lot to like about the Samsung ML-2525W monochrome laser printer. It's fast (once it's warmed up, anyway), wireless, and quiet. And it's available for under $150.

Built-in wireless; Fast; Inexpensive

Warm-up time; No duplex
