Samsung ML-2525

Samsung's personal mono lasers are among the most attractive we've seen, with their petite dimensions and stylish black finish. The ML-2525 keeps things simple, with a single USB connector and nothing so advanced as automatic duplex units or extra paper trays, but it's all the more usable for it.

Samsung ML-2525 review

Samsung's ML-2525 isn't the smallest mono laser around, but its compact form will still leave plenty of spare room on your desk. It has just a USB connection, so installation is a simple matter of running the setup program on the driver CD and connecting the printer when prompted.

Cheap to buy, fairly cheap to run and with excellent print quality, Samsung's compact mono laser is up to almost anything

Samsung ML-2525W Wireless Laser Printer Review

The Samsung ML-2525W is simple by nature: it only prints black, but offers the advantages of manual double-sided printing, a single-sheet tray, and wireless networking. For all that, its biggest boon for home offices, students, and small businesses (especially in this post-recession economy) is its...

Review of Samsung ML-2525W Laser Printer

It's been along time since I've had a laser printer, I used to have an old HP one that served me well, but the cartridges were just too costly so I ended up giving it away. For the most part ink jets have replaced laser printers, but they still have their place as ink jets really can't produce the...

Very fast printing for everything; Excellent quality text printing; Quick and easy setup

Cartridge costs almost as much as printer; Runs hot; A bit on the loud side

Samsung ML-2525 - Mono Laser Printer

Samsung has built up a good reputation for its low-cost mono laser printers and the ML-2525 expands on the main strengths of its predecessors. The size, speed and running costs should make it a good choice as an individual desktop laser, but how does it measure up to the spec sheet and feature list?

Workable but disappointing

The printer works OK but it's very plasticky and flimsy. The paper tray always needs 'helping' back into place and the paper size adjustors are stiff & difficult to move. The symbol in the paper tray showing which side of the paper will be printed on is wrong - if you plan to print double-sided...
