After sales support is ultra expensive
I bought watch a year back. Suddenly it got heated up onearly one day and completely switched off. Never started up. I approached service center got quote of 5500/- for a motherboard. Presently regreat my decision why I bought it.

Great Fitness Tracker Device
I really love all the various features that you are able to install and use. It is great to choose apps that work for my goals. My only issue that i had with it was, that the battery charge does not last longer than 2 days. I also find the watch a bit bulky on my wrist.

LARGE size only sold by John lewis
Pls be aware that John Lewis only sell large size in this watch. They do not offer a small or large option so I did not realise until ‘large' arrived which was too big. Customer service were unable to help so I now need to return this product-disappointing service and product information from John...

Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro Small - Black
You are out of luck! my gear fit 2 pro also stopped tracking steps, heart rate, turning on with wrist movements...I sent it in to samsung (4months used) under warranty and was told the problem is due to "liquid Damage".. I never even had a chance to expose it to water or rain or anything!

So bad I have written my first review
1) Doesn't work with any of the Samsung tablets we own. Had to use an iPhone to get the app required to download the data. We used to be loyal to Samsung but no more. 2) The GPS data is so very wrong. Apparently I can do 150 kilometers in 40 minutes of running. It is never correct.

Great watch just needs to be charged every few days
I went and brought this watch as I am wanting something that will keep me going and motivate myself, this watch does this. The only problem I do have with it is that it needs to be charged every few days which can be a bit of a pain if I forget to charge it up during the night so it is ready for...

Disappointment
The so called smart watch doesn't automatically identify my physical activities like rope skipping. Others are not accurate. To an effect the my sleep record shows me asleep for the time i am awake and aware, almost everyday; and awake when i'm deep asleep in the middle of the night.

Samsung definitely holding its own.
This watch is not only aesthetically pleasing but extremely versatile as different watch faces can be changed easily and different apps added to give it even more functionality. It charges relatively quickly and it is very responsive with hand gesture to turn it on.
