Samsung has made numerous improvements to the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G compared to its predecessor. There is a new hinge with more options, almost full screen displays and better battery life, for example. But the high price has remained from last year's model.

- high-quality build
- large screens with narrow bezels
- good software customisation
- precise GPS module
- plenty of power
- fast Wi-Fi performance
- good memory capacity
- balanced speakers
- long battery life
Cons:
- the screen is still sensitive
- awfully expensive
- bulky to carry around in a trouser pocket
- throttling under load
- average microphones
- Dual-SIM connectivity only with an eSIM

In a year nobody could’ve predicted, where each day seemed hell-bent on eclipsing the former with fresh horror, surprise, or both, it’s been tough to stand out as a category-defining gadget.
Pros:
- Foldable display actually feels usable now
- Multitasking on a tablet-like screen is great
- Build quality is more reassuring
- This feels like what the future could be
Cons:
- Very expensive
- Cameras not up to Samsung's non-folding flagships
- Foldable display still requires some TLC

I really enjoyed my time with the Z Fold 2 and despite not liking its bulkiness and weight it's my favourite Android phone currently on the market
