Specs here are deficient on the tech side
The specs on this site (as of Aug 2, 2013) do not tell you the CPU specs. Other sites and articles have cautioned about the real S4 being Quad Core CPU and this "mini 4" being only a Dual Core CPU.
Pros:
- It's a Samsung
Cons:
- It's not a smaller S4
- it's more like an S3 or S2

The first thing you will notice about the Samsung Galaxy S 4 Mini is that it's not as miniature as you might expect. In fact, the device is around the same size as the iPhone 5, and in everyday terms we would not consider it a small smartphone.

INCREDIBLE phone!
This phone is absolutely amazing!! I am 15 and my parents gave this to me for my 15th birthday... My previous phone was an HTC Wildfire S which was ok but was absolutely terrible when compared to this piece of art!! I would totally recommend this phone to anyone.

On the price, it actually had no significant effect: 400 euros for the "dwarf" - for 100 euros more you get the real McCoy, the larger Galaxy S4. Read on to find out whether the purchase is worth your while.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini review Review
While the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini doesn't have the same impressive lineup of specs as its illustrious relative, it still packs plenty of power and a decent screen into a very comfortable little body. It's just a shame it's so expensive.
