A dated phone, old Android 4.2.2 and truncates notes
What could have been the best phone on the planet; falls extremely short when it deletes (truncates) contact-notes greater than 950 characters. Verizon says they've never heard about it; as does Samsung. A google search shows this pervasive across carriers since Oct 2013.

This is not a "real" Samsung phone - stopped working after 3 months
This phone is not made my Samsung, but a mom and pop shop out of Florida. It broke after a few months and Samsung does not recognize the manufacturers warranty on these phones.

I have come across all the reviews of S4 mini and still not able to decide weather to buy this cell phone or not ..can somebody help me out..............

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini might be affordable and a true replica of Galaxy S4 but it clacks the aura that makes it special. For a phone with good configurations, Mini looks powerful and might be a good alternative to few of the gargantuan top-tier mobile handsets; still it falls short of the mark.

Annoying
It's faulty and becomes slow very quickly. Also, it starts to look worn even after a short time of use and even when covered from the start. Wouldn't be using it if I didn't need it. It will get on your nerves so if you can afford something better, avoid this.
Pros:
- Aesthetics
- lasting accessories
Cons:
- Too small, lags, can't hear other person on the line or vice versa, doesn't support certain apps
- List goes on

More than I could have expected.
I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PHONE FOR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WANT A LARGE BULKY PHONE
Pros:
- FASTER AND A LOT MORE THAN I ORIGINALLY EXPECTED WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THIS ITEM
Cons:
- I DO NOT HAVE ANY CON AS I WANTED A SMALLER MORE POWERFUL MOBILE PHONE

Specs here are deficient on the tech side
The specs on this site (as of Aug 2, 2013) do not tell you the CPU specs. Other sites and articles have cautioned about the real S4 being Quad Core CPU and this "mini 4" being only a Dual Core CPU.
Pros:
- It's a Samsung
Cons:
- It's not a smaller S4
- it's more like an S3 or S2

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini
If you want the Galaxy S4 but this is too pricy or too big for you the Galaxy S4 Mini is a very good alternative. It is not just a smaller size, it has reduced specifications that come with the size reduction in order to get to a reasonable price point.

John, since it runs Android 4.22, I dind´t find anyway to move apps to ExtSD except if you root your phone (doing so there are some apps to move or swap the internal and external memory) and, by the way, losing the waranty.
