My first impression about Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was made long before I bought it. I thought that the phone was too expensive at the starting price of $1200. I couldn’t bring myself to buy one as long as it stayed at that price. However, the gods of mobile smiled on me.

I have to confess: While writing this review, I kept typing “the Note 22 Ultra” and had to correct my mistake at least a dozen times. Those of you who are Note fans will find this a pleasant reunion.

No matter what camp you land on in the Android market, you have to admit that Samsung is the king. The company has a long history of being the most competent and successful Android phone maker.
