Samsung Galaxy S10 5G (256GB, Gold) - Pristine review

Samsung could've easily shoehorned 5G into its existing flagship phone and called it a day. In fact, that's basically what every other manufacturer has done. But the company has done something truly different and built an entirely new handset from the ground up with an expansive new AMOLED display,...
Pros:
  • Lavish AMOLED display, Stunning bokeh effect in Live Focus pictures and videos, Water resistant design, Future-proofed with 5G Support, 3.5mm headphone port means a dongle-free life
Cons:
  • It’s massively unwieldy, Camera cut-out in the display is ugly

Worst of the S series

I've had this phone for six months and I've had enough of it. I'm glad there is a place I can review it so one star for that. The problem with this phone is it's weight and size. It's too big to use with one hand (accidental touching of corners can be really annoying) and when it falls out of your pocket hope your lucky stars it doesn't crack. It is the weakest S series phone I've had and I've been a loyal Samsung supporter since the S1. The price is horrendous and it's functionality is not much different to the S9. I regret purchasing this phone and will swap to an iPhone when I've paid this brick off.

Galaxy S10 review: Don't abandon Samsung's 2019 flagship just yet

The excellent Galaxy S10 shares the Galaxy S10 Plus' and Galaxy S10E's best traits, albeit with less distinction.
Pros:
  • Sharp screen, Long battery life, Noteworthy camera quality, Wirelessly charges other devices
Cons:
  • In-screen fingerprint reader is hit or miss, Lacks the distinction of S10 Plus and S10E

S10 5G Best in its Class

Purchased April 2020. The 512G varient gives you large storage space. 6.7in OMELED screen crystal clear. 4.500mAh battery runs well. 16 & 12MP cameras are amazing great colour depth & resolution. This device packs a lot of power in providing the user with almost everything one needs in a phone. Sold separately & must have accessories are the Galaxy Buds & Smart watch. For the S10 5G get the elegant cradle fast charger. Now all you need is wider 5G Network Coverage & its all systems go. Its worth the hefty slug to the bank account price tag, in the long run your way out infront of current phone technology.

Samsung Galaxy S10 (Review Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB)

The midsize Samsung Galaxy S10 has all the attractive features of the S10+ for less money, but we still think the smaller S10e is a better buy.
Pros:
  • Great screen., Fastest possible processor and LTE., Triple cameras with 2x and wide-angle., Headphone jack and microSD card slot.
Cons:
  • Expensive., In-display fingerprint sensor has no physical guide.

Literally the best phone out

When I got my Galaxy S10 5G I immediately noticed that it felt lighter than you'd expect from such a large phone. The screen is awesome, the value you get for what you pay is great. My only downside is I sometimes feel like the phone feels very fragile. I am yet to drop it or have any chips, scratches or damage done, however with almost all phones made in 2019 consisting of the "glass sandwich" design, it is not something that should startle or put someone off. I do wish they made the sides out of a more durable metal, such as stainless steel as aluminium is (and for the most part always will be) more brittle.

Best phone of all time

I have had this phone for 4 weeks, the speakers are good enough to listen to reasonable quality music everywhere you go, the camera is next level and actually helps you take the "Best Shot". I had a small problem with the samsung messaging app not getting allerts, just deleted it and downloaded the google message app, joys of android. I havnt been able to find anything decent with the TOF camera, still by far the best phone though.

The Galaxy S10 5G is a smartphone for early adopters who don’t mind paying for the privilege. Its huge display is great for videos and gaming, it’s a sleek phone despite its size, and Samsung’s UI is smooth.
Pros:
  • Great screen for video and games, Excellent stills and video camera, It’s ready for the first 5G networks
Cons:
  • Expensive, Gets hot (Exynos version), Battery could be better (Exynos version)

Samsung Galaxy S10 5G (256GB, Gold) - Pristine review

While the Samsung Galaxy S10 doesn't excel in any one specific area, the collective package makes for an incredibly capable offering – which I'm sure was Samsung's aim in the first place. It sports a stunning OLED screen, versatile camera and a number of enticing new features. It's a great phone.
Pros:
  • Smaller than lots of other flagships, without sacrificing features, Versatile camera that reliably takes excellent pictures, A lovely screen that’s fantastic for video
Cons:
  • One UI is full of bloatware, Battery life is middling
